Are you looking for seasonal employment opportunities in the outdoor adventure industry? Imagine this: You’re taking a spectacular Horseback ride at our private ranch surrounded by stunning mountain views as far as the eye can see. Maybe you’re speeding through the Aspen groves high above Glenwood Canyon on an ATV.
You’ve got a small group with you, sounds awesome, doesn’t it?
But do you know what the most amazing part of this trip is? You’re getting paid to be there.
Each year we invite a wide variety of seasonal staff to join our team of returning members. Most of our positions are entry level, and do not require any previous experience. Please read below about the positions available, and keep in mind that if invited to join our team we will do our best to find the best fit for you. Often times during training or the first couple weeks of work, new team members find their strengths and are better suited for a different role than initially thought. Many of our team members guide multiple activities, work in the office, or drive our shuttles as well.
At the bottom of this page, you will find the application. Please let us know which position(s) you are interested in, and tell us a little about yourself.
Our season runs from April through October, with the busy season between early June and early September, peaking around the week of July 4th. We offer flexible starting dates between April and June, and most staff finish up in September or October. Many of our employees are students and teachers who work with us during their summer vacations.
Due to the nature of seasonal employment, it is difficult to guarantee full-time work to anyone, especially in the early and latter parts of our season. For the first couple weeks there may not be as much work, but during the peak season there is typically as much work as you would like.
