Private Cowboy Cookout
Adventure Overview
Cowboy Cookout with Live Music
Reservations now available for June 19th – September 21st
Bair Ranch is a working ranch nestled in the heart of Glenwood Canyon, surrounded by towering cliffs, lush pastures, forests, and the soothing melody of the Colorado River. Established in 1919, the ranch exudes old-world charm that echoes the history of the Wild West, and is only a short drive from Glenwood Springs and the Eagle Vail Valley.
The sharing of food has brought people together since the beginning of time. It’s how we make friends, nurture relationships, celebrate milestones, mend conflicts and feel gratitude for life. The call of “supper’s ready” was a central part of the Wild West, and continues to this day on ranches across the West.
Our cookout embraces the communal table that essentially seats more than one party at a time. Up until the 20th century, communal tables were a common sight in halls of the Wild West. This cookout values togetherness as an opportunity to strengthen bonds, share stories, relax and get to know each other and strangers alike. It’s an outdoor dining experience set against the stunning backdrop of Glenwood Canyon.
Guests indulge in a traditional Wild West dinner, all washed down with some sarsaparilla, root beer, homemade lemonade, and sweet tea while live country music plays in the background.
